ABOUT YOUR ORDER

How do I place an order?

Making an order is very simple. Select the item(s) you would like and add these to your cart. Once you have everything you want in your cart, continue to fill in your payment details to complete your order.

Why would I set up an account?

It is possible to order items from this web store without setting up an account. However, we recommend that you do set up an account. You can easily track your order, view purchase history and save your information to speed up the order check out for future purchases.

Do I receive an order confirmation?

Once your order has been placed and payment has been accepted, we will send you a confirmation email to the corresponding e-mail address given in the order.

Can I change my order?

If you wish to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed by our warehouse, we will not be able to change your order.

I'd like to cancel my order, how do I do it?

It is not possible to cancel the order yourself. Please contact us as soon as possible, so we can cancel the order before it has been shipped from our warehouse. However, if you try to cancel your order after is has been shipped, you must return the item(s) to us to receive your refund. see returns

What is the status of my order?

You can review the status of your order by going to My Account at the top of the page and selecting Sign In where you can sign into your account to view your order status and history. You can also click the link on your order confirmation email.

How do I know if my order was placed?

Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Please Note: If you are paying with PayPal, it will be sent to the email address associated with your PayPal account, which may be different. You may also review your order by clicking Track Order under the My Account tab at the top of the page.

Can I make changes or cancellations to my order once confirmed?

You can make changes or cancellations to your cart until you confirm payment. Once the payment is made, you won’t be allowed to make changes or cancellations.

What happens if I change my mind or if I ordered a wrong product?

We want you to always be satisfied with your SheKnows by Dani products. However, we understand that you may wish to return one or all the purchased items because the shipment was wrong or incomplete, the merchandise was damaged or defective, or you simply changed your mind. Follow the instructions you find in the page “Returns” and remember to return the item intact and in perfect condition (unless it’s a defective item) in its original packaging.

How do I check the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, simply log into your sheknows account and select “Order History” in the “My Account” page. If you still have questions about your order, please send an email to info@sheknowsbydani.com with your order number and preferably the order confirmation email and we will get back to you ASAP.

How much is the sales tax?

We are required to calculate sales tax on orders being shipped from the Netherlands. Sales tax will be assessed on the total purchase, excluding shipping. Sales tax charges are based upon the country where your order is being shipped.

Are you able to ship all goods globally?

We ship all our products internationally. However please check here if the post service is currently delivering to your country.

I have written an incorrect address, how can I change it?

It is not possible to change the address yourself, once you have confirmed your order. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can change your shipping address. Once the order has been shipped from our warehouse, we are unable to change your address.

When will I get my order?

Once your order has been confirmed you will receive an e-mail to your registered e-mail address, including a track & trace code. Shipping takes between 2-10 days for deliveries in Europe and 8-25 days for the rest of the world. When deciding upon shipping method, an estimate will be shown. Notice that these days are an indication and measured in working days.

Where is my order shipped from?

Our warehouse is in the Netherlands. All orders are shipped from the Netherlands.

Do you accept orders from customers outside Europe?

Currently we can send to clients all over the world, the shipping costs and the transport period can be different per country. There are some countries that we do not deliver for logistical reasons.

How much does shipping cost?

How do I track my order?

We've actually made this very simple! You can create an account and log in to see the status of your order. You can even see past orders and easily re-order the same products. All shipments can be followed with Track and Trace code.

As soon as the merchandise is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing a link with the tracking number to view your order status. You can click on the tracking number or enter it directly on the carrier’s website. We recommend you keep the email with the order and shipping details until you receive the merchandise. If you lose or don’t receive the confirmation email and you wish to track your order status, contact our Customer Service Team.

Can I receive my order at a different address?

We realize that a lot of customers work during the day and prefer having their orders shipped to their workplace. Or maybe their order is a gift. You can have your order shipped to an address other than your own as long as it is within the areas serviced as specified above. Remember that once the order is confirmed you won’t be able to change the shipping address.

ABOUT RETURN POLICY

She Knows by Dani will gladly accept returns on unopened / unused orders placed within 7 days. Please see our returns / exchanges page for complete information. We only accept returns for items purchased through www.sheknowsbydani.com.

How do I return my order?

If you wish to return your order, please contact us through the our contact page on the website.

She Knows By Dani accept returns on all merchandise within 7 days of purchase. Unfortunately and without exception, She Knows By Dani accept only returns onused, unopened or damaged merchandise.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns. Returns are available for products purchased on www.sheknowsbydani.com. For purchases at all other retailers, please see specific retailer return policies. What happens to my order during the return process?

Once you have shipped your order back to our warehouse, we will inspect the item(s) and verify that your reason for return corresponds o the status of the item(s). Depending on the type of return, we will send you your new item(s) or process your refund. We do not send an item or process a refund until the items have been verified in our warehouse.

Can I exchange the item I purchased?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer you exchange items. If you wish to receive another product, we encourage you to return the purchased merchandise for a refund and make a new order for the product you want instead.

What should I do if the merchandise I received is not what I ordered, is damaged or defective?

If the items you received do not correspond to what you ordered (e.g., different colour or style), you have 7 days to return the purchased merchandise. Just follow the instructions in our Returns Policy section.

I didn´t receive a refund for shipping charges, What should I do?

When you return an order, we only refund the price paid for the items and not the amount you spent for the shipping costs.

How long does it take to receive my money after my return?

The refund will be made within 5 business days from the time we receive the merchandise in our warehouse in Holland. The amount of the returned items will be credited on the corresponding account of the card used at the time of order. Please remember that if you chose our, the shipping charges will not be refunded. The time for the refund to be credited into your account may vary depending on your financial institution.

PAYMENTS AND USING A PROMO CODE

Which credit cards are accepted on this site?

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard. We also accept PayPal when applicable. Please note we do not accept gift cards, banking gift cards, checks or money orders.

When is the order payment applied to my account?

The payment is applied the moment you enter your payment details and click on “continue”. At this point, your order can be considered complete.

Can you give me greater details regarding Paypal Payments?

If you pay with PayPal, you will be asked to login to your account with your email address and password to confirm the payment.

I have a Promo Code. How can I use it?

Using your promo code is really easy!

First, make sure you enter the promo code exactly as it was given to you. Write or copy and paste the promo code when you check out, in the section PROMOTION CODE. You won’t be able to add it at a later time. Also, remember that you can only use one promo code per order.

Is it safe to shop on-line?

100% not, Dani loves animals! Our products are totally cruelty-free. We want only to sell Vegan-friendly products

Do you use parabens in your products?

No, we do not, We only want to bring products to the market which are formulated without parabens

Are the products gluten free?

Yes, we pay close attention to that.

Are the products also suitable for pregnant women?

Yes, mommy’s to be can also use our Lift & Firm product.
